Landscape Construction Foreman

Run job sites start to finish, managing layout, sequencing, quality, and cleanup for retaining walls, paving, decks, fences, turf, and excavation. Lead a crew of 2–5 by directing work, setting pace, and holding standards while acting as the on-site customer point of contact. Keep projects on schedule and budget by controlling materials, hours, and waste. Train apprentices to your level and enforce daily safety checks to ensure everyone returns home safe. Requires 4+ years landscape construction experience, proven crew leadership, a valid BC driver's licence with towing capability, and strong skills across hardscape, concrete, carpentry, masonry, and planting. Must read plans and translate them into daily crew tasks. Full-time, year-round role with company truck, health benefits, 4% vacation pay, and a clear path to Zone Manager or Production.
