Job Summary
Perform site preparation including grading, leveling, and excavation to ensure optimal conditions for landscaping projects. Assist with the installation of drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts according to project specifications. Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely while following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment. Support senior team members in executing landscaping and hardscaping projects and communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project requirements. This role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions with a valid driver's license.
