Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape clients in Chicago as the primary point of contact, building trusted relationships through proactive communication, property visits, and consistent follow-through. Understand client expectations and priorities, then partner with Operations to set field teams for success while addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular property visits to identify improvement opportunities, prepare accurate estimates and proposals, and lead the annual contract-renewal process. Maintain client notes and follow-up activity in Aspire, occasionally supporting Accounts Receivable and responding to time-sensitive needs outside normal hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the City of Chicago
- Ability to occasionally respond to time-sensitive client or property needs outside normal business hours, including limited weekend or snow-event support
