Job Summary
Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients in site planning, urban design, and graphic production. Contribute to projects ranging from land planning and redevelopment to parks and public infrastructure design. Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions for the built environment. Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations alongside Kimley-Horn's and client practices. This role requires a student in the process of receiving a Landscape Architecture Degree (Bachelors or Masters). Required Qualifications
- Landscape Architecture Degree (Bachelors or Masters)
- Must be able to utilize technical software programs on a regular basis
- Must be able to contribute to site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic and technical production
- Must be able to solve complex problems
- Must be able to assist project managers
- Must be able to collaborate across disciplines
- Must be able to develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations
- Must be able to develop familiarity with Kimley-Horn's and client's practices, procedures, and standards
- Must be able to learn one or more software programs: Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/Arcview, and PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Excel
- Must be available for on-site work in Fort Worth, Texas (TX)
