Job Summary
Conduct landscape design and documentation across diverse project typologies, from concept planning to detailed delivery for public, institutional, and commercial precincts. Manage project delivery and client relationships while mentoring junior team members and supervising design strategy. Deliver high-quality 2D and 3D outputs using Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering tools, ensuring compliance with Australian building and planning regulations. This role requires 2+ years for Landscape Architects or 5+ years for Senior Landscape Architects, based in Sydney with relocation options available.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualification(s) in Landscape Architecture / Urban Design / Architecture/ Design
- 2+ years of experience in landscape, urban design, or architecture
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual communication
- A passion for and an understanding of good design
- A self motivated and curious attitude
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Recent exposure to supervising a project team and beginning to mentor junior team members
- Confidence presenting in a variety of formal and informal settings
- Ability to manage project delivery and client relationships on behalf of the Studio
- High proficiency in a range of 2D and 3D computer-based programs
- Motivation to upskill in Revit if not currently proficient
- Demonstrated expertise in design and documentation at all stages from concept through construction
- Good commercial awareness
- Knowledge of Australian building and planning regulations
- Knowledge of contract management
- Ability to lead with a design focus
- Ability to drive design strategy and innovation

Desired Qualifications
- Solid experience in REVIT
- High proficiency in 3D platforms and a willingness to learn quickly
- Demonstrated documentation experience in CAD and/or BIM i.e. AutoCAD
- 3D rendering knowledge (Rhino or Lumion)
- Recent exposure to supervising a project team and beginning to mentor junior team members
