Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer with 4–7 years of professional experience. Candidates will produce design and construction documents for civic, cultural, and urban projects, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and production of construction documentation, along with the ability to prepare client and public presentations. The ideal candidate has a professional degree in Landscape Architecture and demonstrates a thoughtful aesthetic and technical sensibility, with organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution
- 4–7 years of professional site design experience, demonstrating growth in responsibility and technical skill
- Proficiency in producing construction documentation (plans, sections, details, and diagrams) using AutoCAD
Desired Qualifications
- Professional licensure in DC/MD/VA or demonstrated progress toward registration
- Proficiency with Revit/Environment and ArcGIS
- Proficiency in using digital design tools (Rhino, Enscape, Twinmotion or others)
- Familiarity with Serif Affinity Suite or Adobe Creative Suite
- Hand drawing/rendering skills
