Job Summary
Landscape Architect Project Manager leading full lifecycle landscape architecture projects from concept through construction in Savannah. Serve as the technical and creative heartbeat of a multidisciplinary team, directing schedules, budgets, and quality while mentoring other landscape architects, coordinating with civil/environmental/structural engineers, guiding client relationships, and driving sustainable design, proposals, and business development. Responsible for navigating entitlements and ensuring compliant, high-impact design aligned with master-planned communities, parks, and municipal-scale projects, with employee-ownership ESOP culture and collaborative, award-winning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
- Licensure: Active Professional Licensure or Registration as a Landscape Architect (RLA/PLA)
- Experience: 8–10+ years of progressive experience in landscape architecture design and project management
- Technical Proficiency: Strong background in site planning, the entitlement process, and managing comprehensive project budgets and cost estimates
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
