Job Summary
The Landscape Architect Project Manager role involves leading design teams in completing various landscape architectural projects, from concept through construction, while adhering to deadlines and budget requirements. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and Texas Professional Landscape Architect registration. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office, as well as strong communication and design skills, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in Landscape Architecture
- Texas registration as a Professional Landscape Architect
- Ability to travel periodically primarily in state to support project needs
- Experience with construction methodologies and implementation
- Well organized, detail oriented and highly motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Excellent design skills
- Proficient with computer applications including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
