Lead design teams through all project phases, including site analysis, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Interface daily with clients to develop proposals, negotiate scopes and fees, and prepare change orders while ensuring timely billing. Direct staff deliverables and production to ensure client, legal, and company requirements are met, providing technically sound designs and maintaining rigorous quality controls. Strategize project performance with project managers, review progress metrics, and pursue new business opportunities to drive office profitability. Produce graphic presentations, build study models, and manage precise construction drawings for a wide range of project types within a multi-discipline setting.
