Job Summary
Prepare planning documents including feasibility studies, construction documents, and subdivision/land development plans. Produce project designs, calculations, plans, and permit applications while coordinating with reviewing agencies. Conduct review and interpretation of ordinances and regulations. Ensure proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D software and familiarity with Maryland State, County, and Municipal level regulatory processes. Apply understanding of the municipal land development and NPDES permitting process to deliver compliant designs.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time employment
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience
- BS Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field of study
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D software
- Maryland State, County and Municipal level regulatory experience
- An understanding of, and experience with, the municipal land development and NPDES permitting process
