Job Summary
Develop detailed landscape designs, plans, and 3D models in accordance with client requirements and company standards. Conduct site analysis, including assessment of existing flora, topography, and infrastructure. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project objectives and timelines are met. Prepare proposals, including concept designs, cost estimates, and project timelines. Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations. Provide guidance on the selection of materials, plants, and other elements for landscaping projects. Submit a resume, cover letter, and portfolio demonstrating landscape design work, including a project story reflecting design philosophy. Requires Bachelor's degree, licensure, and 3+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Professional licensure as a Landscape Architect
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design and project management
- Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, environmental design, and urban planning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
