Job Summary
Landscape Architect with 7+ years of landscape architecture experience preferred and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture. Lead design and project management for site plans, grading plans, landscape design for buffers, rain gardens and streetscapes; prepare studies, reports, presentation materials, design documents and construction documents; coordinate with internal teams and external client personnel; apply AutoCAD Civil 3D and 3D modeling tools, along with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office; maintain client relationships and manage time-and-cost budgets; licensure in Kansas or Missouri or eligibility to obtain licensure within 6 months; willingness to travel to job sites or meetings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
- Professional Landscape Architect licensure in Kansas or Missouri or qualifications to obtain licensure within 6 months of employment
- 3+ years of project management experience (preferred)
- 7+ years of landscape architectural experience (preferred)
- Excellent hand and computer graphic skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and working knowledge of additional 3D modeling programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams
- Ability to travel to job sites or meetings on occasion
