Landscape Architect

Job Summary
Develop landscape designs and delivery plans for high-profile regional and global projects across urban regeneration, residential developments, and aviation sectors. Contribute to meetings and workshops to present design concepts while assisting leads with project management, financial control, and programme responsibilities. Prepare and oversee production of reports, drawings, and construction documentation from initial feasibility through to construction information, collaborating iteratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive solutions. Facilitate proactive client engagement and business development to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Graduates with at least two years post qualification experience actively engaged in becoming a Chartered Member of the LI (CMLI)
- Experience of designing public realm schemes and complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Knowledge and understanding of the UK planning system
- Knowledge of project management, including financial control, reporting, and programme management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in preparing clear graphics, technical reports, and construction documentation
- Strong communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English
- Full UK driving licence (To get to remote sites)
- Landscape Institute accredited Bachelor's degree, Diploma, and/or Master's degree
- Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
- All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Revit and/or Civil 3D is highly desirable
