Job Summary

Landscape Account Manager controls client relationships from initial sale through ongoing maintenance, serving as the single point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include maintaining sales volume, following up on leads, conducting maintenance client presentations and site visits, informing clients of property issues, managing communications, preparing proposals/renewals/contracts, overseeing billing/accounts receivable, coordinating with administrative and crew teams, training and mentoring new staff, and contributing to process improvements. Requires 2+ years of landscape sales experience; irrigation knowledge is a plus. Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably in the landscape industry
  • Irrigation knowledge is a plus
  • Demonstrate exemplary knowledge of landscape terminology, plant materials, and installation techniques
  • Ability to work in a team environment, and independently, including taking direction and constructive feedback from team members, as well as providing feedback to other team members
  • Demonstrate flexibility to perform duties wherever volume deems it necessary
  • Minimize non-productive time and fill slow periods with activities that will enable you to prepare to meet the future needs of internal and external clients
