Landman – Lease Analyst (Remote)

Job Summary
Review and analyze oil and gas leases; interpret lease provisions and contractual obligations; identify clauses affecting development and operations; summarize lease terms and prepare lease analysis reports; evaluate pooling, unitization, depth severance, and continuous development provisions; review royalty, shut-in, and lease maintenance clauses; support land administration and operational teams; maintain accurate lease records and documentation; communicate findings to project teams and clients; ensure accuracy and consistency of lease analysis deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Oil and gas lease analysis experience
- Strong understanding of lease provisions and terminology
- Experience interpreting complex contractual language
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must be eligible to permanently work in the United States
