Landfill Operations Manager

Manage landfill operations including ongoing construction, permitting, leachate/gas management, and waste volume tracking. Minimize operational costs while maintaining safety, environmental compliance, and WM's Mission to Zero standards. Oversee 15 employees and outside vendors, conducting safety meetings, coaching staff, and evaluating performance. Reduce truck turnaround times, ensure property maintenance, and submit required reports. Work at Superior Landfill starting at 6am with a rotating Saturday. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7 years relevant experience required.
