Job Summary
Inspect equipment windows, lights, mirrors, and rear view cameras before and after shifts. Safely operate forklifts, excavators, bulldozers, and loaders while monitoring waste for unacceptable materials and maintaining operational readiness by cleaning tracks or wheels. Perform minor service on equipment and document condition reports, referring complex mechanical issues to Maintenance Shop. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring the shop is clean and stored at shift completion.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of prior related experience in heavy equipment operation
- One year of prior experience working at sites regulated by OSHA
