Job Summary
Calculate, maintain, and verify accurate landed costs for all incoming products, including freight, duties, tariffs, brokerage, and other import-related expenses. Enter and maintain financial and inventory transactions in QuickBooks and Sellercloud, while reconciling data to ensure accurate COGS and inventory valuation. Complete all computations by the 15th of each month to support financial close, and resolve discrepancies between supplier invoices, forwarder bills, and PO records before payment approval. Collaborate with AP, Procurement, and Logistics teams to streamline workflows and assist management with data organization and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting and QuickBooks experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Strong computer and data-entry skills with high attention to detail
- Experience using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive)
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and basic accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Must be available for Onsite – Pakistan Office, Valencia Lahore
- Must be available for Full-Time 6:00PM - 2:00AM PK Time || 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Sellercloud or another inventory / order management system
- Experience working with inventory, purchasing, landed cost, or import operations (strongly preferred)
- Experience with high-volume data entry and reconciliations
