Job Summary
Land Use Technician assists in obtaining zoning entitlements and construction permits for wireless telecommunications and EV charging infrastructure, manages internal/external databases to track project statuses, utilizes GIS maps and jurisdictional websites, analyzes jurisdiction ordinances to support zoning decisions, manages permitting timelines, communicates with jurisdictions and teams, handles daily mailers/tracking, drafts photo simulations, participates in client deployment calls, and travels ~10% for on-site coordination; requires strong communication, high organization, adaptability to changing priorities, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license

- Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities
- Problem solving
- Ability to adjust to changing workload and priorities
- Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word are required
- Hands-on proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
