Job Summary
Seeking a Land Use Attorney with at least five years of experience in land use, zoning, and development permitting to serve Miami, Broward, and/or Palm Beach Counties. Responsibilities include providing legal analysis and guidance on land-use and zoning matters, drafting and reviewing permits and related documents, advising on regulatory compliance, and representing or advising clients in public hearings and planning processes. Requirements include substantial experience in land use, zoning, and development permitting, and a professional law degree with active bar eligibility, preferably in Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree or equivalent
- Active Florida Bar license or eligibility to practice law in Florida
- Five years of experience in land use, zoning, and development permitting
