Job Summary
Process new leases, contracts, drafts, and assignments including file setup, mapping, and computer input. Record, copy, and transmittal correspondence to Houston Land Administration. Conduct monthly calendar reviews for obligations, rentals, expirations, and elections with landmen. Prepare check requests, various monthly land reports, and regulatory applications. Follow up on inquiries from HLA and landowners. Assist in title research, curative work, and document preparation as directed. Requires 1+ year of oil and gas land experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of ArcView and Dwights PI is a plus. Minimum $62,000 to $100,000 salary with discretionary bonus opportunity. Application deadline is August 20, 2026.
