Job Summary
Division Order Analyst – on-site role supporting a client in Houston, TX with focus on compiling, organizing, and validating lease, ownership, and deck data to ensure accuracy and consistency across records. Responsibilities include maintaining land records, tracking project deliverables, supporting land, title, leasing, and ROW teams, assisting with document preparation and quality control, maintaining databases and electronic filing systems, entering/updating project information, generating reports, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring completeness of project records. Requires administrative experience in land/real estate projects, strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, database/document management, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; associates/bachelors preferred. On-site Fort Worth, TX. Salary not disclosed. Opportunities for promotion based on performance. Start date immediate. Work authorization in the U.S. required.
