Job Summary
Experienced Land Surveyor to support site supervision of road and bridge infrastructure projects in Dubai on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities include setting out and surveying works (horizontal and vertical alignment, road geometry and levels, bridge structures and foundations), verifying line/level/dimensions against approved drawings and RTA requirements, reviewing contractor survey data and setting-out reports, conducting as-built surveys, and coordinating with site supervision teams, engineers, contractors and subcontractors. Maintain accurate survey records, field notes, and reports; ensure compliance with project tolerances, quality standards, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards; support audits, inspections, and handover documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in land surveying for infrastructure projects, particularly roads and bridges
- Proficiency in survey equipment such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Levels
- Strong working knowledge of survey software (e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent)
- Experience on RTA projects in Dubai with knowledge of RTA surveying standards and procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Availability for a 6-month contract
