Land Surveyor

Conduct land surveys, collect data, and set out works across the UK and Ireland using Total Station, Laser Scanning, handheld GNSS, and Electromagnetic Location equipment. Process survey data according to departmental best practice and produce maps and plans to support fast-paced projects on time and within budget. Collaborate with the team to obtain, manage, and analyse data from the Land Registry, Ordnance Survey, Environment Agency, and Utility companies to inform client advice. Maintain and calibrate survey equipment, work independently to meet project objectives, and build positive relationships while taking ownership of work standards. Manage records, including meeting notes and expense claims, to provide regular client updates and mentor junior staff.
