Job Summary
Lead and train survey technicians, mentoring and evaluating performance to keep the team coordinated and effective. Apply advanced surveying technology and methodologies with substantial field experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and leadership abilities are essential. Must have experience in construction staking, boundary, topo, and familiarity with Trimble software/equipment; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50%-100% of the time. Starting pay is $25/hour depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of surveying experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Experience in construction staking, boundary, topo, etc
- Familiarity with Trimble software and equipment
- Valid driver's license with minimum 5 years driving experience and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel 50%-100% of the time
