Job Summary
Prepare subcontract orders and settle final accounts per company procedures and subcontract provisions. Develop disruption schedules, claim schedules, and variation/contra-charge documentation. Review contract documents to identify variations between specifications and actual shop drawings. Requires Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Architecture with minimum 3 years experience and technical knowledge of aluminium and glass.
