Job Summary
Coordinate development of company-owned property from planning to permits, directing civil engineers on improvement plans and final plat development, preparing bid packages and construction contracts, and managing vendor coordination and schedules to align with business plans and financial objectives for land development projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Planning or Construction Management
- 3 years combined experience in the Home Building or Site Engineering industries with a minimum of 1 year land development experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read improvement plans, formulate budgets and understanding of accounting principles
- Strong computer and negotiating skills
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders (engineers, vendors, HOA/CDDs) and managing schedules and bid processes
- Exempt FLSA status referenced in job description
