Land Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and prepare all logistics and practical information with shipboard teams to ensure smooth and successful ground operations in gateway cities and ports worldwide. Research, plan, and execute land programs while managing detailed operational planning with suppliers and partners to support the full guest journey. Maintain contracts, pricing, and service standards for transfers, guides, meals, and activities, then communicate guest logistics and operational updates to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor customer service issues, support irregular operations and emergencies including outside normal hours, and manage cost control activities through invoice checking and processing. Collect and document feedback after each cruise turnaround to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
