Land Material Technician- Aircraft

Job Summary
Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment within the warehouse while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Arrange and accelerate the flow of parts and assemblies according to schedules, then compile and maintain both manual and computerized records. Check schedules to identify overdue materials, manage stock control through physical inventory audits, and conduct replenishment on items with planned stock balances. Safely operate material handling equipment to support loading and unloading, validate quantities against shipping documents upon receipt, and utilize the AvBase Winair system to manage aircraft component traceability. Maintain a clean and orderly facility and provide requested reports on inventory balances. 3-4 years of aviation equipment experience preferred; AvBase Winair system experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions
Desired Qualifications
- 3-4 years' experience in aviation equipment
- AvBase Winair system experience
