Job Summary
Senior Land Manager role focused on end-to-end land acquisition: identify sites through networks and targeted marketing, conduct desktop research and data analysis using Land Insight, perform site appraisals, create reports/proposals, manage offers and negotiations, and guide junior team members. Requires experience in driving site identification, negotiation, and a track record in land development across commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors, with a valid UK driver’s license for substantial field activity. Based from the Southeast Divisional Office in Byfleet, Surrey, UK, with responsibilities that include visiting target towns and supporting regional land strategy alongside Land Director and wider team. Required Qualifications
- Experience as Land Manager or Senior Land Buyer
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end land acquisition from site identification to contract exchange
- UK driving licence required for field work
- Experience across commercial, retail, hospitality sectors acceptable
- Strong analytical, negotiating and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to visit target towns in person for site visits and appraisals
