Land Manager - Birmingham

Senior Land Manager responsible for the full life cycle of land buying, including identifying sites through targeted marketing, conducting desktop research and data analysis with Land Insight, carrying out site appraisals, producing reports and proposals, and managing the offer and negotiation process. You will mentor and guide Land Buyers and Land Coordinators, collaborate with the Land Director and wider team to shape regional land acquisition strategy, and travel for in-person site visits to target towns.
