Job Summary
Land Liaison Officer responsible for managing land access for contractors, serving as the primary contact for landowners and occupiers, and ensuring contractors comply with land regulations. Duties include liaising with stakeholders on land matters, ensuring pre-entry notice provisions are followed, advising landowners on accommodation works (e.g., accesses, water supplies, fencing), coordinating with the project team, and following up on landowner requests. The role requires IT/system awareness, knowledge of Agricultural and Rural affairs (beneficial), potential familiarity with land drainage, strong organisational and communication skills, health & safety awareness, and the ability to work on-site across East Anglia with a hybrid working arrangement. Previous experience in a Land/Agricultural Liaison role is advantageous.
