Job Summary
Assist the Land Lease Manager with site identification, revenue analysis, permits procurement, and securing variances. Manage land lease data on the website and server while maintaining all related records. Provide administrative support by completing forms, correspondence, presentations, and reports, and assist in research and analysis activities. Contact lessors via letter, phone, and email to handle requests and settle discrepancies. Prepare check requests and notify the accounting department of changes. This role requires a high school diploma, two years of related experience including administrative duties and account management, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and internet browsers. Strong attention to detail, organization, and written/verbal communication skills are essential.
