Job Summary
Conduct routine inspections of land and property types across Victoria to ensure KPIs are met, preparing detailed reports on encroachments, hazards, and maintenance requirements. Liaise warmly with tenants, the public, and client representatives while sharing site matters to drive resolution and nurture positive relationships. Review and update inspection schedules, ensuring all changes are agreed with the client, and support compliance with HSEQ systems and relevant laws. This varied, site-based role involves approximately four days visiting client sites and one day in the Melbourne CBD office, with a dedicated vehicle provided.
Required Qualifications
- Current Driver's Licence
- Experience within property, facilities management, land management, inspections, or a similar site-based environment
- A genuine customer service focus, with the ability to connect comfortably with a variety of people
- Thoughtful attention to detail and clear, considered report writing skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own schedule and work happily on your own
- Flexible and adaptable, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience using CMMS platforms
- Comfortable spending much of your time travelling and supporting multiple sites

Desired Qualifications
- Victorian Agent's Representative Registration
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a relevant discipline
- Experience in collaborative or alliance contracting
- Understanding of legislative maintenance requirements
- WHS experience
- Sound business awareness and financial understanding
