Land Entitlements Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct due diligence including environmental analysis of wetlands, streams, and subsurface soils, while examining site plan development regarding topography, floodplain, and utility feasibility. Coordinate internal construction plan review meetings and oversee engineering for subdivision and QA/QC utility, grading, and stormwater design up to permit approvals. Assist in preliminary plat preparation, government approvals, and rezoning packages by organizing trackers for permits and lot fit reviews. Identify construction issues, review bids for value engineering, and coordinate with sitework contractors to keep multiple projects on schedule. Fully on-site with local driving required and evening meetings; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred with 1-2 years of homebuilder experience.

- Civil Engineering
- 1-2 years working for a homebuilder
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Problem solving skills and forward thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in Adobe PDF
- Must be able to walk potential site before and during construction
- Attend evening meetings
- Local driving required
- Fully on-site
- Required to work in the office
