Job Summary
Senior-level Land Development Superintendent responsible for field supervision of earthwork, roadway construction, utility installation, and landscape/hardscape at the SoLe Mia project; direct contractors to maintain project schedule, ensure manpower, equipment, and materials availability, enforce safety (OSHA) and quality controls, prepare daily reports, coordinate with Project Manager/Engineer, and manage subcontractors to ensure timely, compliant project delivery. Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful; requires extensive construction experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to lead on-site operations and safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Ten (10) years of Land Development Superintendent experience in commercial construction, earthwork, roadway construction, utility installation, and landscape/hardscape installation
- Ground up project experience necessary
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
