Job Summary
Develop new and ongoing residential communities by working with civil engineers and planners to entitle and permit projects. Solicit and evaluate bids, establish budgets and schedules, and oversee development work to ensure quality, schedule, and budget meet required standards. Provide ongoing soil, erosion, and sediment control oversight and documentation while managing the bond release process for owned properties. Assist in land acquisition by identifying potential sites, evaluating development costs, and analyzing market demand. Review and approve HOA budgets, rule on architectural submissions, and resolve issues with community management companies. Manage entitlement and bond requirements for existing communities, renew permits as necessary, and support home building and sales teams with land-related information.
