Job Summary
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design land development projects from initial concept through construction administration. Prepare technical documents in AutoCAD Civil 3D and assist in project management tasks including cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation. Execute design for legislative applications, site plans, storm sewer systems, and water/sanitary sewer networks while ensuring compliance with local zoning ordinances and erosion and sediment control standards. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 4-8 years of experience, and a PE license or EIT with intent to obtain PE within one year. Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 4-8 years of experience in Land Development/Site-Civil engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-In-Training (EIT) with the intention to obtain a PE within 1 year
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D
- Familiarity with local codes, standards, and permitting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Experience in site-civil design, including grading, stormwater management, utilities, and erosion and sediment control
