Job Summary
Full-time Engineer-In-Training supporting land development projects in Phoenix, AZ. Build plan sets and construction documents using AutoCAD/Civil 3D; assist with design drawings, specifications, and project deliverables; contribute to engineering reviews and provide design inputs. Collaborate with the engineering team and other disciplines, think independently to complete tasks, lead on issues where appropriate, and participate as a team member. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, EIT registration within 6 months, and at least 2 years of civil engineering experience in land development; proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D; strong communication skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Licensure: Registered or the ability to register as an EIT within 6 months of hiring
- Minimum of 2 years of civil engineering experience as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT), with exposure to Land Development projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Ability to work effectively with limited supervision
- Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
