Job Summary
Deliver rural estate management services across a diverse portfolio (farms, let properties, sporting leases) with client liaison, budget monitoring, and development of plans to meet client needs. Maintain regular client reporting, support cross-selling of Bidwells services, and act as a subject matter expert within a collaborative Rural Estate Management and Professional team. Role based in Perth or Inverness with agile working options; emphasis on relationship building with tenants/clients, effective budgeting, and contributing to business development while upholding Bidwells’ inclusive, forward-thinking culture.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in land agency/rural surveying/rural estate management
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent business writing and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels of business
