Job Summary
Land Agent role focusing on rural professional services and estate management in the North East (York or Harrogate). You will deliver a range of rural professional services including estate management, valuation, landlord and tenant, and compensation work; act as an advisor to clients for strategic planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring; advise on land use, diversification opportunities, and environmental/stewardship schemes to maximise asset value; manage landlord/tenant matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenancy management; identify opportunities to support wider business lines (planning & development, commercial property, energy); contribute to business development and team growth; collaborate with Partners to implement business plans and meet regulatory requirements. Ideally MRICS/CAAV qualified (or pursuing) with Registered Valuer status desirable; strong client service orientation, relationship-building, organisation, independence, and a self-motivated, solutions-focused approach. Hybrid working options are available.
