Job Summary
Land Acquisition Manager responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing residential land opportunities across Texas, leading market analysis, financial underwriting, and due diligence to support strategic investment decisions; manage relationships with landowners, brokers, municipalities, and industry partners; present acquisition strategies to Investment Committee; maintain land pipeline, lot contract summaries, and portfolio performance while coordinating entitlements and regulatory reviews in support of acquisitions and ongoing projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in land development, urban planning, business, finance or other related field
- 5+ years of experience working with a land development or homebuilding company
