Job Summary
Own every assigned lead from first contact through closing by taking warm call transfers and setting appointments with landowners to qualify and secure signed contracts. Provide detailed weekly updates on all leads with a workable contract and keep Salesforce accurate and current for reliable deal tracking. Hit daily, weekly, and monthly call, pipeline, and closed-deal targets while attending all coaching calls to apply feedback. Work onsite in Round Rock, TX, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with Saturday availability as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of phone sales experience with a track record of closing
- Comfortable working in a CRM
- Able to work full-time onsite in Round Rock, TX, with occasional Saturday availability
- Employment Type: W-2, full-time
- Schedule: Onsite in our Round Rock, TX office, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with Saturday availability as needed when a seller is available
- Remote or hybrid work — this is a 100% onsite role
