Job Summary
Maintain the company's pipeline of potential land deals by researching properties, analyzing data, and drafting transaction documents. Build financial models, develop tracking worksheets, and ensure contract compliance for current land deals while identifying underutilized properties. Maintain land acquisition files and reports, learn market value for raw land, and visit potential acquisition sites. Network with local land professionals, brokers, and agents to support the Division's market strategy. Work in a hybrid environment using DXC Homebuilder One, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
