Job Summary
Coordinate and secure permits, approvals, and land access requirements across environmental, local council, state government, heritage, and cultural bodies. Conduct documented discussions with external stakeholders, landowners, and government bodies to ensure community engagement and consultation requirements are met. Interpret consultation findings to prepare approval, permit, and assessment documentation for field teams while maintaining accurate records across Downer, client, and government systems. Review, collect, and manage relevant environmental and land access data to ensure compliance and data integrity. Work closely with project, operations, and planning teams to develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies. Join a Tier 1 ASX-listed organisation delivering critical infrastructure projects in the water, electricity, telecommunications, and power generation sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a high-volume, accuracy-critical administrative, coordination or project support environment

- Exposure to state, local and national heritage approval processes and associated compliance requirements
