Job Summary
Apply laminate, backer, and other materials to plywood, particleboard, MDF, and substrates while reading shop drawings, cut lists, work orders, and production paperwork. Verify manufacturer, pattern, color, finish, thickness, grain, and quantity before fabrication, then inspect materials for damage, defects, or contamination. Perform these tasks Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm at a local Cabinetry company in Springboro, OH. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50lbs individually.
Required Qualifications
- Able to read a tape measure at least 1/16 inch
- Basic math skills
- Able to identify laminate colors, patterns, finishes, grain directions and material thickness
- Able to work independently while following production priorities
- Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. individually
