Job Summary
Apply contact adhesives to composite panels using a spray gun or roller, and apply laminated covering materials to wood or metal surfaces. Clean solvent from edges and examine laminated parts to detect ridges, using a file or electric trimmer to remove excess material. Maintain a clean and organized work area while performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs continually for an 8-hour day shift from Monday to Friday. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of laminator experience in a cabinet or wood shop are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Be able to understand basic directions in English (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of a year experience working as a laminator in a cabinet or wood shop
- Must have basic math skills, and accurately use a tape measure
- Must have good eye-hand coordination
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required
- Must be able to stand, walk and lift for up to 8 hours daily
- Required to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. continually
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using basic hand tools (preferred.)
