Job Summary
Laminator in Panels division working on 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:30 PM–6:30 AM) performing lamination using hot and cold press, including material prep, routing, and assembly of lamination components. Duties include loading/unloading panels, inspecting press platens, preparing skins/core per process specs (PQR, Travelers, BOM), reading drawings/schedules, following electronic data system instructions, calculating operating pressure, testing adhesives, inspecting finished products, completing logs and defect/NCMR entries, and supporting continuous improvement. Training on 1st shift may be required. Starting pay is $21.58/hour on 3rd shift; ITAR eligibility required; HS diploma/GED preferred; overtime opportunity; benefits include health, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and various employee perks.
Required Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to work overtime
- Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR
