Job Summary
Laminator in Panels division operates lamination lines (hot and cold press), loads/unloads panels, prepares skins and core per process specs, reads drawings and BOMs, follows PQR/Travelers, uses electronic data systems, tests adhesives, inspects finished panels for appearance and bonding, and maintains logs while supporting continuous improvement, quality, and safety. The role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ITAR compliance, with 1st shift hours and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to work overtime
- Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)
