Job Summary
Laminator Operator position in Elk Grove Village (day and night shifts on a 12-hour continental schedule) performing setup and operation of laminating equipment, adhering to SQF standards, and ensuring product quality. Responsibilities include mixing adhesive per formulas, verifying first-piece conformance, operating equipment (and lathe when needed), interpreting job orders, maintaining machine and work-area cleanliness, handling hazardous waste per procedures, reporting quality concerns and safety issues, and participating in audits and improvement teams. Requires at least 1 year of machine operator experience (laminator preferred), ability to read a ruler, basic Math skills, and a strong safety/attendance record. Competitive pay at $21.74/hour with potential $2.00 shift differential, benefits package, and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications

- Experience measuring and working with chemicals
- Ability to read a ruler or tape measure accurately
